To process the return of an item for inspection or repair through Capital Safety or an Authorised Service Centre, simply follow these instructions:
(1) Through Capital Safety:
Call Customer Services on +33 (0) 497 10 00 10 and request a return authorisation for the items being returned for inspection/repair.
Provide the Capital Safety customer service rep with your purchase order authorising the amount specified by the CSR. The PO must be provided before you can be given a return authorisation number (BRxxxxx).
Ship the items to Capital Safety with the return number and the PO number noted on the paper work.
The product will be inspected/repaired and returned as directed and you will be billed the applicable amount plus freight.
